By placing an order with San Pedro, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms and conditions:
Final Sale — No Refunds
All items sold by San Pedro are non-refundable. Once your order has been processed and payment has been received, we are unable to issue refunds under any circumstances. This includes, but is not limited to, personal dissatisfaction, ordering in error, change of preference, or any other reason not related to product damage or defect.
No Returns or Exchanges
For hygiene, safety, and product integrity reasons, we do not accept returns or offer exchanges on any items. We strongly encourage customers to carefully review product descriptions, quantities, and order details before completing their purchase to ensure accuracy.
Damaged, Faulty, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives in a damaged condition, contains a manufacturing defect, or you receive the wrong item, please notify us within 7 days of confirmed delivery. To assist us in resolving the issue promptly, you may be asked to provide photographs of the packaging and product. Each case will be reviewed individually, and where appropriate, we may offer a replacement item at our discretion.
